GCA exists to help students develop and mature in a positive, Christ-centered environment that integrates faith and learning by emphasizing Biblical training and academic excellence.
GCA is committed to providing a Christ-centered education integrating spiritual, academic, social, physical, and emotional training, leading to a life of commitment and service to God.
Kasey Reames serves as the Administrator at Gateway Christian Academy (GCA), bringing with her more than a decade of experience in ministry, leadership, and education. She joined the GCA team in 2025, passionate about partnering with families to nurture students in both their academic and spiritual growth.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Kasey moved to Panama City in 2016 with her husband, Berry. Since then, she has faithfully served in a variety of church ministries, including worship, children’s ministry, and media. Her journey in education began in after-school programs, where she discovered a love for helping young learners engage with the world through hands-on, interactive experiences. Prior to joining GCA, she taught 2nd and 3rd grade in Bay District Schools.
Kasey believes that students thrive when they are encouraged to take ownership of their learning, supported by a loving and collaborative community, and grounded by their identity in Christ. Her desire is to see each child rooted in God’s Word and equipped to pursue the unique purpose He has placed within them!
Kenneth and Loretta Noles, founders of Gateway of Panama City, established Gateway Christian Academy in 2022 with a clear vision: to create a safe, Christ-centered environment where students receive a high-quality education while growing in their relationship with Jesus and developing as future spiritual leaders.
With over 20 years of service in the United States Air Force, both Kenneth and Loretta bring extensive experience in logistics, education, and training. Their background in both military and civilian education has uniquely prepared them to lead and support students with excellence and care.
Kenneth served as a Leadership Instructor and spent his final six years in the Air Force as an Educational Guidance Counselor at Tyndall Air Force Base. As the first Headmaster of GCA, this experience has shaped the future of our school where students discover their unique strengths and navigate their future with God-given purpose.
Both Kenneth and Loretta hold Bachelor’s degrees in Occupational Education. Loretta also earned an MBA, and Kenneth is currently pursuing a Master’s in Christian Leadership.
